PKR365 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

By accessing, registering with, or using the PKR365 platform — whether through a web browser on your mobile phone, laptop, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and PKR365. They apply to all services provided by PKR365, including sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports, slots, and all promotional and bonus programmes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any PKR365 service.

PKR365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of PKR365 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use PKR365, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online betting activities in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a PKR365 employee or contractor.
• You must not be using the platform on behalf of a third party or business entity — PKR365 accounts are strictly for personal individual use.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with PKR365 or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current personal information during registration and keep that information updated.

PKR365 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account's lifetime — including but not limited to CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or bank/mobile wallet screenshots. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or fund hold.

Each person is permitted to open and maintain only one PKR365 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any pending winnings or bonuses on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering with PKR365, you must provide your real name, valid date of birth, active contact number, and accurate address. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of discovery.

You are solely responsible for the security of your PKR365 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. PKR365 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact PKR365 support immediately at support@pkr365.biz and change your password right away.

All financial transactions on PKR365 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, Rs). PKR365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet instant transfer
• JazzCash – mobile wallet instant transfer
• NayaPay – digital account transfer
• SadaPay – digital account transfer
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) – all major Pakistani banks
• Visa / Mastercard – Pakistani bank-issued debit and credit cards

PKR365 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from accounts or mobile numbers registered under a different name than the PKR365 account will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed clearly in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of your account. PKR365 does not charge its own withdrawal fee on standard withdrawal amounts, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed after satisfactory completion of any applicable wagering requirements. If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus with active wagering conditions is in progress, the withdrawal may be paused until the bonus round is completed, or the bonus may be forfeited at the player's request. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: typically 5–20 minutes
• Bank IBFT: typically 1–6 hours during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days

PKR365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any large withdrawal. In such cases, PKR365 may request additional documentation. Failure to comply within 7 days may result in the withdrawal being held pending further review.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on PKR365, including pre-match and in-play markets across cricket, football, and all other sports offered on the platform.

• All bets are placed and settled at the odds displayed in your betslip at the time of bet confirmation. PKR365 does not alter accepted odds after confirmation except in the case of manifest error.
• A manifest error is defined as an obvious or clear mistake in odds pricing — for example, odds of 100.0 on a heavy favourite due to a system error. PKR365 reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.
• Bets may be voided if the event is abandoned, postponed to a date outside the applicable settlement window, or if the market is suspended due to a technical issue. PKR365's settlement window for PSL and international cricket is 48 hours from the scheduled start time.
• For cricket markets, PKR365 follows standard ICC rules unless otherwise stated in the specific market terms. DLS results are accepted for match winner markets where a result is declared. Markets with minimum overs requirements are stated individually.
• Accumulator bets are settled when all legs are confirmed. If a leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining legs. A single-leg accumulator becomes a single bet at the stated odds.
• PKR365 may limit or refuse any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. This applies particularly to bets that appear to exploit pricing errors or that involve unusual staking patterns.

Bet settlement disputes should be raised with PKR365 support within 30 days of the relevant event. PKR365's decision on bet settlement is final after the dispute review period has elapsed.

PKR365's casino section — including live dealer games, RNG (Random Number Generator) slots, table games, and virtual sports — is governed by these Terms alongside any game-specific rules published in the individual game interfaces.

All RNG games on PKR365 use certified random number generation systems that are independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game information panel. Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers in real-time via live stream.

• Players may not use automated software, bots, or any form of artificial assistance when playing PKR365 casino games.
• Collusion between players in live table games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans for all parties involved.
• If a technical fault occurs mid-game (e.g., a disconnection during a live casino round), PKR365 will investigate the game log and settle the round according to the result at the point of disconnection where determinable. If the result cannot be determined, stakes are returned.
• PKR365 sets maximum win limits per game session. These limits are displayed in the game information and are non-negotiable. Any winnings exceeding the maximum win cap will be paid to the stated cap amount.

PKR365 reserves the right to remove or temporarily suspend any game from its catalogue for maintenance, licensing, or compliance reasons without prior notice to players.

PKR365 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are governed by these Terms and any specific terms published on the Promotions page alongside the individual offer. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that offer only.

General bonus rules that apply across all PKR365 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible PKR365 account holders only. One bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method applies unless stated otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new PKR365 members on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing members who close and re-open accounts are not eligible for new member offers.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Typical wagering requirements on PKR365 bonuses range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• PKR365 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn from active play, any wagering already completed will count towards the requirement up to the point of withdrawal.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using promotional funds for low-risk hedging strategies, or systematically targeting bonuses across different promotions — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

PKR365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress or compulsive behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all PKR365 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR Rs deposit caps directly in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after being reduced.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations for casino play. PKR365 will alert you and log you out when your limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from betting for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account remains open but betting and casino access is suspended for the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your PKR365 account and prevent re-registration for a set period. PKR365 processes self-exclusion requests promptly.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up notifications that show how long you've been playing and your net session outcome at set intervals.

PKR365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The information provided during registration is false, misleading, or has been deliberately altered.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The account belongs to a person under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual.
• Abuse of the PKR365 bonus or promotions system has been detected.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated against PKR365 by the account holder.

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, PKR365 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, funds may be permanently forfeited. Where a closure is due to a policy breach without evidence of fraud, genuine funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method after investigation is complete.

Players may also voluntarily close their PKR365 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures will be processed promptly, and any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the last verified payment method on file.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR365 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with PKR365 systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal cycles without genuine betting activity.
• Collusion with other players or PKR365 employees to influence game outcomes.
• Match fixing or any form of corrupt betting activity related to real-world sporting events.
• Attempting to access PKR365 systems without authorisation or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Providing false identification documents or impersonating another person.

PKR365 employs fraud detection systems that monitor betting and transaction patterns in real time. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be subject to enhanced manual review. PKR365 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the investigation of fraud and financial crime.

All content on the PKR365 platform — including but not limited to the PKR365 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of PKR365 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, or commercially exploit any PKR365 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of PKR365 branding or content will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Third-party game content (including slots, live casino games, and virtual sports) remains the intellectual property of the respective software providers and is used by PKR365 under licence. PKR365 is not responsible for third-party content beyond ensuring it is delivered as licensed.

PKR365 provides its platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, PKR365 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all features will be free of errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR365 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or business opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or delayed settlement.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of PKR365.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from network issues, device failure, or internet connectivity problems on your side.
• Any event beyond PKR365's reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, ISP issues, or acts of nature.

Nothing in these Terms excludes PKR365's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence. Where local law provides consumer protections that cannot be contractually excluded, those protections remain intact.

PKR365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the PKR365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary, PKR365 uses your personal data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. PKR365 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

PKR365 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — such as changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus conditions, or eligibility requirements — PKR365 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of PKR365 after any published change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you may close your account by contacting support before the change comes into effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws under which PKR365 operates. Any disputes arising from your use of PKR365 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process should be submitted in writing to support@pkr365.biz.

PKR365 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Our internal dispute resolution process aims to provide a final response within 14 business days of a formal dispute being raised. Where a dispute relates to bet settlement, PKR365's decision — following review of all available betting records and game logs — is final.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from accessing whatever dispute resolution or consumer protection rights are available to you under local law.
